Export a PoolParty Project to Excel or CSV
The section contains the necessary steps you have to follow to export to an Excel or CSV file.
Tabular Export Function - Rules
Take the following rules into account when using the Tabular Export:
The exported files comply with The PoolParty Excel Format.
Tabular Export is available on all levels of a project. You can export the whole project, a custom scheme or a subtree.
Data is always exported in the default language of the project.
For multilingual projects the additional languages can be selected in the respective field.
How to Export a PoolParty Project to a Tabular Format (Excel Sheets or CSV)
To export data, follow these steps:
In your opened PoolParty project, right click PROJECT.
Select Export.
Expand the sub-menu and select Tabular Project Export.
The Tabular Project Export dialogue opens. You can select Export Languages, Format and choose compression.
Select additional languages. Multi-select languages by using the Ctrl or the Shift keys.
Click Export. PoolParty collects the data, then the default Save Asdialogue of your browser opens. The output is an Excel file with an .xlsx extension or a CSV file with a .csv extension.
