Create Alternate URIs in PoolParty - Usage and Effects
PoolParty allows to add alternate URIs for concepts or collections based on SKOS notations. This section provides details about their usage and effects.
Usage and Creation of Alternate URIs
In the Advanced URI Settings the check mark for Alternate URIsis set (1).
The concept or collection has to have a value for SKOS notation (2).

Using an alternate URI means, that the option above will create alternative URIs based on the project's URI pattern using the value defined as skos:notation for concepts or collections as an identifier.
The alternative URI will be linked to the original URI via owl:sameAs.
Effects of Creating Alternate URIs
Alternate URIs enable you to find the concept or collection in PoolParty's Linked Data frontend regardless of the URI you are using, the default or alternative URI.
