Which date format is supported in Excel import?

When you want to import dates, e.g. as Custom Attribute you have to select the correct date format in Excel.

As explained in the Microsoft documentation, you can choose from a list of date formats.

For proper import date format should be either:

MM/dd/yyyy

or

dd.MM.yyyy
