Upgrade Apache Tomcat for PoolParty 8.0. and 8.1. on Windows
To upgrade the Apache Tomcat contained in your PoolParty installation, follow the steps described below.
Note
These instructions assume you are upgrading a PoolParty default installation for Windows with PoolParty installed at C:\Program Files\poolparty, unless otherwise stated.
Prerequisite: You have downloaded the Apache Tomcat upgrade script for Microsoft Windows from our download area.
Warning
There are different upgrade scripts for PoolParty 8.0 and PoolParty 8.1. Make sure you use the right one!
Stop the PoolParty Server in order to upgrade the PoolParty server.
Backup your PoolParty directory.
Run the Apache Tomcat for PoolParty 8.0. and 8.1. on Windows Upgrade Script.
Restart PoolParty.
Check the Apache Tomcat version in the The Tomcat Web Application Manager.
