Enterprise Server APIs
Enterprise Server APIs
In addition to the Basic & Advanced Services the PoolParty enterprise server provides an API providing text mining algorithms based on semantic knowledge models.
Using the PoolParty Extractor you can analyse documents in an automated fashion, extract meaningful phrases, named entities, categories or other metadata.
You can map different data or metadata schemas to a SKOS thesaurus that is used as a unified semantic knowledge model. The Entity Extractor Architecture is implemented as a pipeline of annotation engines, where each specific unit adds to the final result.
In this section we provide an overview of the most important PoolParty Extractor API services.
For more details check the comprehensive documentation on your PoolParty Extractor installation that can be found at the main URL of your PoolParty Extractor installation, for example:
http://<your server>/extractor/
The API endpoint can be accessed via basic authentication by any user created in PoolParty. Users will only be able to access projects they have access rights for. You can also setup users that are only allowed to access the API.
Note
PoolParty's API is versioned after the same pattern PoolParty itself is. Thus version 8 of PoolParty corresponds to version 8 of the APIs.
