The PoolParty log4j.properties File

The configuration of the log output is done in the log4j.properties file located in:

  • /opt/poolparty/tomcat/lib

In PoolParty in addition to the Tomcat default logging, log configurations are available for the following components:

  • RDF4j

    Project repositories, rdf4j.log

  • PoolParty Thesaurus server

    PPT, ppt.log

  • PoolParty Extractor

    PPX, ppx.log

  • PoolParty GraphSearch

    PPGS, ppgs.log

  • Spring

    Spring Framework, spring.log

    All messages regarding Spring Security used for authorization in PoolParty.

  • Tuckey Forwarder

    Linked Data forwarder, tuckeyforwarder.log

For all configurations a log file is configured in the properties file. At the end of the properties file the log levels for all configurations are defined:

log4j.logger.org.openrdf = WARN, SESAME
log4j.logger.at.punkt.alcedo = WARN, PPS
log4j.logger.at.punkt.commons.rdf.collector = WARN, PPS
log4j.logger.at.punkt.PoolParty = WARN, PPT
log4j.logger.at.punkt.poolparty.cubalibre = WARN, PPT
log4j.logger.at.punkt.poolparty.extractor = WARN, PPX
log4j.logger.at.punkt.poolparty.tuckey = WARN, TUCKEY
log4j.logger.org.apache.solr = WARN, SOLR

Possible Log Levels

  • DEBUG

  • INFO

  • WARN (Default)

  • ERROR
