Log in to the Main User Interface of the Search Application

Depending on the settings, some or all of the configurations on the main user interface of the ADF Search Application may be only accessible to authenticated and authorized users. You must also log in if concepts highlighting on the Details View is enabled and you want to make use of this feature. The ADF Search Application relies on PoolParty for user management, meaning that you need a PoolParty user account to log in.

  1. On the main user interface, select Log in.

    Note

    There is a single sign-on with PoolParty meaning that when you log in to PoolParty you will be automatically logged in to the ADF Search Application and the other way around.

    If not already logged in, you are redirected to the login page provided by PoolParty.

    Note

    PoolParty relies on Keycloak for user authentication.

  2. If enabled, select the language for the login page.

  3. Enter your username and password.

  4. Confirm with LOGIN.

    Once logged in, you can leverage the benefits of semantic search to look up documents. For more information, refer to Search for Documents.
