    • Library or list (a) – name of the library or list connected to a PoolParty taxonomy

      Tip

Click the name to go to the library or list.

    • Site (b) – name of the site containing the library or list connected to a PoolParty taxonomy

      Tip

Click the name to go to the site.

    • Created (c) – date when the library or list was connected to a PoolParty taxonomy

    • Modified (d) – date when the connection was modified for the last time

    • Taxonomy (e) – name of the PoolParty taxonomy (project) to which the library or list is connected

  • Term store synchronization logs (2) – list of all finished and currently running synchronization processes from PoolParty taxonomies to Term store. The lists starts with synchronization for existing term groups, followed by synchronization for term groups that have already been deleted and the synchronization that hasn't created a term group yet.

    • Running time (a) – time when the synchronization started and finished. Manually finished synchronizations don't have an end timestamp.

    • PoolParty project (b) – name of the PoolParty taxonomy (project) used for synchronization of the Term store

    • Term name (c) – name of a term group created in Term store during the synchronization

    • Sync result (d) – result of the synchronization. A synchronization may be InProgress or end with a Success, Warning or Error.

      • InProgress – the synchronization is in progress

        Note

Exceptionally, the synchronization may have failed even though the Sync result column shows InProgress. If the synchronization is taking too long, open Term store and check if any terms are being regularly added. If no terms have not been added for more than 20 minutes and the synchronization has already started (there are already some synchronized terms), the application administrator has to end it manually.

      • Success – all the concepts from the PoolParty taxonomy were successfully synchronized to Term store

      • Warning – some concepts from the PoolParty taxonomy were not synchronized to Term store due to Term store limitations, for instance they exceeded the allowed length of the term description or number of alternative labels

      • Error – some concepts from the PoolParty taxonomy were not synchronized to Term store due to a significant error

    • Duration (e) – duration of the synchronization in milliseconds

    • Log data (f) – detailed information on the results of the synchronization
